BADGE TYPE EXPLANATION AND REGISTRATION TERMS

To qualify for a Dealership Pass, you MUST be an owner or employee of a dealership. To qualify for an OEM Pass, you MUST be an employee of a Vehicle Manufacturer (automotive brands/carmaker). All others, including companies, individuals, consultants and vendors who support and/or sell solutions to dealerships MUST register for an NonExhibitor Pass.

Those who register and do not meet the qualifications for the badge selected will be flagged and reclassified under the correct badge type. Reclassifications are subject to additional payment at the prevailing rate for the appropriate badge type. Badges may be reclassified at any time; registration policy terms and conditions will apply. WHAT BADGE TYPE DO I SELECT?

  • Dealership – Owners of a dealership or dealership employees
  • OEM Registration – Vehicle Manufacturers (automotive brands/carmakers)
  • NonExhibitor Registration – Solution/service providers, consultants, in-house or outside agencies, third-party vendors and anyone that is not an owner of a dealership, an employee at a dealership, or a vehicle manufacturer.

Dealership/OEM Full Conference & Expo Badge includes:

Dealership/OEM Expo-Only Badge includes: 

  • Expo Hall Access
  • Expo Hall Sessions on the DealerTech Live Stage
  • Event App (Networking Tools, Schedule Builder)
  • Does Not Include Meal Functions. Must purchase separate lunch ticket.

NonExhibitor Conference & Expo Badge includes:

  • Expo Hall Access
  • Full Education (Breakouts, Keynotes, and Expo)
  • Networking Breakfasts, Lunches, and Receptions
  • Event App (Schedule Builder). Does NOT include access to view or network with Dealers through the app.

What is the cancellation/transfer policy?

Any and all ticket sales are final and non-refundable. This includes all tickets and passes of any kind, without exception. Promo codes are not valid for prior purchases.

Is there a group discount?

Group discounts are available for 4+ registrations. Groups of 4-7 receive a 10% discount per registration and groups of 8+ receive a 15% discount per registration. A point person must register all attendees at the same time and with the same form of payment for the group discount to be activated at checkout. Applies to Dealer/OEM Full Conference Passes only.

How do I apply for a press badge?

We have press badges available for editorial staff writers employed by trade publications, mainstream media and popular online outlets. Freelance writers are also welcome to request a pass, and are encouraged to provide an article abstract and specific publishing outlet. Please click here to apply.
