Updates to the reputation dashboard now enable users to get an at-a-glance feel for the review, using colors to represent whether the comment is positive or negative. Positive reviews are shown on the dashboard in green, while negative comments are shown in red, prompting immediate action by the dealership for follow-up. In addition to the dashboard, dealers can now receive email notifications when a customer review is added to any major reputation site, including: Yelp, Edmunds, Google, DealerRater and others.
