There is no easy path if you are an automotive shop owner in the US but there are some priorities, some key behaviors that will allow you to enjoy and assure success, to be profitable and to be able to walk away when that time comes. Having worked with many dozens of Shop Owners and Service Managers over the years, some hugely successful, some marginally successful and far too many struggling with success, I have tried to list the things that can assure that journey has a happy ending. There are no guarantees in any of this but I would be very confident in saying that if you can make these five things a priority in your shop, your chances of success and that happy ending are greatly increased. This is not me selling you something. This is what I have seen again and again and again.
