Group discounts are available for dealership/OEM full conference & expo passes with 4+ registrations. Groups of 4-7 receive a 10% discount per registration, and groups of 8+ receive a 15% discount per registration. A point person must register all attendees at the same time and with the same form of payment for the group discount to be activated at checkout.

HOW DO I MAKE MY HOTEL RESERVATIONS?

I AM REGISTERED, BUT CANNOT ATTEND. CAN I CANCEL OR TRANSFER MY REGISTRATION?

Registration may be canceled or changed by notifying customer service. There is a $50 processing fee for cancellations greater than 90 days prior to the event; 50% of the registration fee will be charged for cancellations received between 60-90 days prior to the event, and registration fees for cancellations less than 60 days prior to the event are fully non-refundable. CAN I RECORD WHAT IS PRESENTED AT DIGITAL DEALER® CONFERENCE & EXPO?

Sessions may not be photographed or videoed without special permission from Digital Dealer.

Please contact us for special permission requests.

Most of the sessions will be recorded and available post-show through the Digital Dealer event app.
