Today, DealerKnows, a process training and digital marketing consulting firm specializing in automotive, announced that industry veteran Shaun Raines would be joining as a partner. Raines, Founder of Dealer SuperHero and former VP of Marketing and Business Development at DealerOn, will be assisting the DealerKnows team in their continued build-out and offering of their LMS, DealerKnows On-Demand. Over the last 9 years, DealerKnows has trained and consulted hundreds of dealers throughout North America on improving their marketing and sales efforts online, on the phone, and on the lot.

While Shaun will continue to fulfill his consulting and speaking responsibilities for Dealer SuperHero, he will focus all other efforts on expanding the DealerKnows curriculum of in-store consulting, virtual training, DealerKnows On-Demand learning management system, and their accountability technologies, PriceMatrix and TaskTeacher.
