The official product release took place at the Digital Dealer 23 Conference and Expo, complete with Falcon-branded shot glasses, bottle openers, and newly updated baseball shirts in Falcon blue. Director of Business Development, Ilana Zur, also gave a presentation on the topic of using artificial intelligence to provide superior customer service that engages online customers and increases lead haul.

The platform includes a widget tool as well as dynamic CTAs to engage shoppers across the website. Falcon adapts its interactions to shoppers’ interests, sitting unobtrusively on the corner of the user’s screen, and offering value at every stage: visitors to a VDP can see offers on that model, service customers have the opportunity to set appointments on the spot, late-stage shoppers can access a fast and convenient trade-in valuation tool. What’s more, users can interact with the tool or dismiss it at will- it’s all plug and play.
