SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Kathleen Schroeder has been appointed vice president, information services and support (IS&S) production at Polk. In her new role, Schroeder will be responsible for U.S. production operations and will join the IS&S Leadership Team (ISSLT).

Schroeder, who has 30 years of information systems, data processing and programming experience, has been with Polk since 2005. She previously served as Polk’s director of production optimization and data processing, senior director of quality management and, most recently, senior director of European information systems, where she led all aspects of the IS&S organization in support of Polk’s European business.
Prior to her time at Polk, Schroeder served in various leadership positions in the information systems, programming and data processing sectors throughout southeast Michigan and Ohio.
Schroeder received both her doctorate and master’s degree in business administration from Lawrence Technological University (LTU). She also received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Dearborn. Schroeder has been involved in the Michigan Council of Women in Technology and has received several awards, including one of the Top 10 Women in Technology and Adjunct Faculty of the Year from LTU.
