St. Louis, Missouri, May 11, 2015 — EZPZ Results, the first online newsletter service exclusively for automotive salespeople, today announced that a recent online survey of 1,510 consumers between the ages of 25-65+, found that 74 percent of respondents do not remember their automotive salesperson’s name.
Recall for both men and women was pretty equal: 75 percent of women could not remember their salesperson’s name versus 73 percent of men. Surprisingly, there wasn’t a lot of variation by age group.
