Today, Dealer-FX officially announced that they have partnered with DealerBuilt in a third party integration initiative. This partnership will provide dealerships using the DealerBuilt Data Management System (DMS) enhanced efficiencies and streamlined processes on the service drive.
The technology behind Dealer-FX’s Retail Service Solution and the DealerBuilt DMS will give dealerships the benefits of “push and pull” integration. That means service advisors will be able to “pull” a customer’s service, sales and appointment history to make the initial stages of the write-up as efficient as possible. In addition, the service drive can automatically “push” service appointments and repair orders directly into the DMS while capturing the correct mileage, Op Codes, pricing and descriptions – along with customer and vehicle details.
